Made to Order

We are a homegrown brand based in Kerala.

Products available on our website and our Instagram page are designer-made and hand-crafted using age-old weaving and dyeing techniques from all over India. Due to the unique nature of the products available on our website, we only create for MADE-TO-ORDER deliveries.

What this means is that we do not start production of our garments unless the order and payment is confirmed online. As a brand that believes in sustainability, this helps us reduce wastage created through over-production.

Every single piece goes through stringent quality checks before it is shipped out. Unevenness in color & texture of print is not a fault but a beautiful characteristic of natural processes.

 

Shipping

We ship through registered courier companies for orders within India and through DHL Express/FedEx/Aramex for international orders.

International orders are usually delivered within 15-20 business days and domestic orders within 10-15 business days. You shall receive an email from us confirming the delivery date after the orders are processed. Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for deliveries.

PLEASE NOTE: These days are merely indicative and your order could be shipped prior to or later than the mentioned date depending on the availability, customization and other factors attached to your order. The order dispatch time and shipping time varies from product to product. We shall stay in touch to confirm all dates with the buyers.

 

Shipment Duration & Order Tracking

Once the order is placed, you will get an email confirmation from us. The product will be dispatched from our work shop within 15-20 business days.

Once your order is shipped, we will mail you the tracking number along with a link to track your order. Clicking on this link will enable you to track the status of your order.

Delay in delivery due to logistics issues within your country is not in our control and we cannot be held responsible for the same.

 

Shipping Charges               

International Shipping Charges

Shipping charges apply based on your location, weight and the volume of the parcel. They will be mentioned at the time of checkout.

Duties and taxes vary according to the delivery location and have to be borne by the customer. As the recipient, you are liable to bear all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these charges is made by our logistics partner to release your parcel from customs on arrival. Please note that we are unable to advise you about the exact amount levied as duties and taxes, as this may vary as per the local import laws applicable to the destination selected for delivery.

 

Returns And Exchanges

How To Return An Item

To return or exchange a product please email us the order ID with product codes to info@kepret.com and we will help you with the process. Alternatively, you can call us on +919846347333 on Monday to Friday between 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM and Saturday between 10:30 AM to 3 PM IST. Your purchase should be returned to us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) following which you can simply fill up our online returns form quoting the RAN no and ship the item back to us. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed. For details on which items qualify for a refund, please read our Returns Policy below.

 

REFUNDS

All products are made to order. Refunds can be initiated only if you have received the wrong product. In case of a product being faulty or wrongly delivered, Kalaakaari will follow the policy of repair following replacement and finally refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced. Returns Policy

1. Please check the item refund policy below the item before placing an order. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.

2. Made to Order/Measure/Custom/Bespoke/Sale items, do not qualify for a refund, or an exchange.

3. Customers are advised to check the ordered products and quantity in the invoice before accepting the package from the logistics/courier.

4. In case of a discrepancy, we request you to leave a remark with the logistics/courier company and notify us at customercare@.com with the discrepancy details within 24 hours of accepting the package.

5. In case the discrepancy is found correct, Kalaakaari will follow the policy of Repair following Replace and finally refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

 

Conditions For Returns

1. Items should be returned unused and with all Kalaakaari designer garment tags still attached to the item. Loose tags or broken tags will not be accepted for an exchange or credit note.

 2. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.

3. Where provided, any designer packaging such as dust bags, and designer boxm should be included with your return along with all invoices and paperwork.

4. All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to allow easy identification and prompt processing. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse.

5. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain the proof of sending. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of us receiving your cancellation notice. Faulty goods - Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault has occurred. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Colors - We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on Kalaakaari as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate. We cannot guarantee on Color fastness. All garments are hand dyed and will bleed during the first wash. Kindly refer to the care label for wash and care instructions
